The company has produced more than 90 episodes of web series, including all 51 episodes of “The Web.Files,” the 2012 winner of Best Hosted (Taped) Web Series at the International Academy of Web Television Awards.
Sandra J. Payne is an award-winning Writer/Director/Producer and president of the boutique production company, SPwrite Productions, LLC, specializing in digital content and reality show sizzle reels. Her company has produced more than 100 episodes of web series, including all 51 episodes of “The Web.Files,” the 2012 winner of Best Hosted (Taped) Web Series at the International Academy of Web Television Awards. Sandra was also nominated as Best Director that year. She has made numerous award-winning short projects, including three trailer winners for the Austin Film Festival, and several award-winning short films.
After earning a master’s degree in English from the University of North Texas where she specialized in screenwriting, Sandra started her Hollywood career as a staff writer for the global juggernaut, “Barney & Friends.” She’s written two books, has optioned screenplays, has written celebrity cover feature magazine articles and a humor etiquette column, and has published short stories in “Chicken Soup for the Soul” and “Guideposts.” In 2018, she completed writing an episode of the animated Disney Jr. show, “Puppy Dog Pals,” which will air soon.
Director of Photography and Editor Perry Payne is co-owner of the boutique production company, SPwrite Productions, LLC, which specializes in creating entertaining digital content. Perry has credits working as a cinematographer/editor on shows for HBO Canada, broadcast TV commercials, music videos, reality show-sizzle reels, trailers, corporate videos, seminars and personal interviews. He was the Director of Photography/Editor for the 2012 International Academy of Web Television Award-winning show, “The Web.Files.” Perry has a Masters degree in Radio, TV & Film from the University of North Texas and a Bachelors degree in Communications from the University of Washington.
